PETTO.
Because Every Pet Deserves Care.
A mobile app concept that brings health records, appointments, reminders and emergency support into one place — making everyday pet care easier to manage.
The problem
Pet owners often rely on scattered notes, apps and memory to manage health, appointments and daily routines.
The proposed solution
One connected platform for organising pet care, tracking important information and accessing help when needed.
PET CARE SHOULDN'T FEEL LIKE ANOTHER CHORE.
PETTO began with my own experience as a pet parent. I explored common care-management challenges through personal observation, secondary research and conceptual user scenarios.
RELIANCE ON MEMORY
Pet care tasks are often managed through notes, reminders or memory.
FRAGMENTED INFORMATION
Health records, appointments and services are spread across different places.
STRESS DURING EMERGENCIES
Finding urgent help can become another task during an already stressful situation.
RESEARCH BASIS: PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, SECONDARY RESEARCH AND CONCEPTUAL EXPLORATION. NO QUANTITATIVE USER VALIDATION IS CLAIMED.
ONE APP. LESS TO WORRY ABOUT.
I prioritised the essential tasks pet parents need to manage, then explored how those features could fit into a clear, connected experience.
Keep important pet information together.
Track medical history and vaccinations.
Organise everyday care responsibilities.
Find and manage veterinary visits.
Access urgent assistance quickly.
01 / IDEATION & SKETCHES
02 / STRUCTURING THE INTERFACE
CARE, ALL IN ONE PLACE.
The final UI concept brings together pet profiles, daily health tracking, care circles, an AR exploration feature and an emergency SOS journey.
WHEN EVERY SECOND MATTERS.
The proposed emergency flow prioritises a visible SOS action, quick confirmation of key details and a clear assistance-status screen. The aim is to reduce decisions during a stressful moment.
PROPOSED FLOW — RESPONSE TIMES AND DISPATCH FUNCTIONALITY ARE NOT VALIDATED OR LIVE SERVICES.

What this project explored
PETTO helped me explore how information architecture, interface hierarchy and thoughtful interaction can bring multiple care tasks into one understandable experience.
What I would do next
I would test the main care-management journeys with pet owners, evaluate whether emergency actions are easy to find, and validate the usefulness of reminders and health tracking.
